Kvarnholmen - Nacka

Poor ventilation in room, with windows that could be only in two positions: fully open or fully closed. In a cold weather when it was not possible to keep them fully open, I suffered from lack of oxygen! The room was also a bit noisy, early in the morning I woke up with noises created by servicewoman in the kitchen (next to my room). However for other good things I found there, I will still keep this hotel in my mind for my next trips!

It is all brandnew but even not yet finished - very nice room with TOP Quality handmade moden furniture and TV - and nice decoration - big terrasse - family atmosphere. Very good price. Quiet place.

The place was still under construction... the bulgarian stuff was very friendly but not really speaking english - nothing really works at that moment. The bath is stylish but inpractible: If you take a shower, everything is completly wet for the next hours... - Into town it is a 15 min. drive - outside location and no public transport, but close to the mainroads.

Friendly clean and pleasant. Nice view of the river from the hotel.

Quite far from easy public transport if you don't know the area. Not a complaint. There is a railway staiton about 15 mins walk and there is a bus stop right outside. If you know how to catch the bus from the railway station then it saves you the walk if you have luggage.

The cleanliness of my room and its furnishings, and sparkling clean ensuite bathroom. The location, and easy access by bus to the city centre Stockholm. The very fair price for a private room in Stockholm, even though mine had no window.

Atmosphere/interior was rather cool and impersonal, even though everything was very clean. i was checked in and shown to my room with courtesy, but that was the only real people contact i had in 4 nights. No artwork on the walls of the room. Even a house plant in the breakfast room would've humanized the atmosphere a little. No reading lamp in my room. Sometimes noise from the other businesses in the building could be heard in my room, ie., machinery?

Very clean room and good interior swedish design. Bed is very clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Quiet area with a lake in view. Basic breakfast but it is all you need for the price you paid. Not in city centre but is close to subway (T-bana) station Slussen. All you need is to buy a 24hrs/72hrs/1week sl travel card in the station. It covers all your journey for the whole period you stay wtihin stockholm area. Take Bus 402 in front of the hotel and it takes 5-10min to Slussen station which is just 1 station away from famous Gamla Stan and 2 stations from city centre. I have been living in Stockholm for 3 years and this hotel is recommended by the locals.

Though very clean, the bathroom is a bit smelly, may be because of the constriction material..?? Walls are a bit thin, sometimes I can hear people walking next room, though it is not that disturbing to me. Considering the price for a hotel room in stockholm central area, I definitely get more than what I paid. Would definitely book this hotel when I come back again to stockholm.

They had great wireless, is located in a relaxing environment, and has excellent public transport options. There is a shop nearby, and the place was very clean, had friendly owners, and was a good place to stay (though I do not know if it is the same when busier).

The TV was temporarily suffering from a low signal reception, but I am not using TV anyway. Also, communication with the people at reception can be improved, in particular about arriving outside the main opening times.

The hostel was very clean and pleasant as it was recently opened. Breakfast buffet was basic (bread buns, cheese, ham, eggs, jam and cereals) but good enough for a quick start to a day. The rooms are furnished with in a simple wooden cozy style. I would recommend for a short stay.

The staff at reception is available from 11.00 am only which we found insufficient when we were checking out (earlier in the morning).

Hotel Reachable by public transportation ( about 15 min to main station ) , however foreigners should buy transportation card before going to hotel . Shared kitchen is clean & helpful . Hotel owner is helpful & freindly .

Lady available at the after noon does not speak english .
